WRIGHT TREE SERVICE OF CANADA The Position: Certified Utility Arborist (CUA) & Certified Tree Trimmer Type: Full-time Reports To: General Foreperson We're offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: * Trim, prune, and remove trees or branches that pose a risk to utility infrastructure * Use industry-standard techniques to safely remove trees without causing damage * Operate equipment such as chainsaws, pole saws, aerial lifts, chipper trucks, and cranes * Train and supervise crew members in safe practices around high-voltage equipment * Maintain accurate records of vegetation management activities * Document completed work for utility or regulatory compliance * Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and protect nearby habitats * Perform other duties as required Experience and Knowledge Expectations: * Certified Utility Arborist (CUA) or not if applying for Certified Tree Trimmer position * Valid Class 3 or D drivers’ license, with air endorsement or willingness to obtain. * Applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening. * Current First Aid with CPR or willingness to obtain. * Ability to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather and environmental conditions.
