Key Responsibilities: * Provide support to assigned department(s) on various projects. * Collaborate with other teams to complete tasks and develop solutions. * Gain exposure to various environmental services and vegetation management roles in a professional setting. * Participate in process improvement and automation projects as needed. * Learn the technology of the assigned department(s). * Network with various teams within the company. * Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s culture of safety and employee ownership. * Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures. * Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings. * Other duties as required. Experience and Knowledge Expectations: * Career interest in the assigned department(s), or in the environmental services or vegetation management industries. * Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a current Driver’s Abstract would be considered an asset. * Must currently possess, or be willing to obtain, Intermediate or Advanced First Aid certification, or equivalent, is considered an asset. * Ability to work with a team of cross-functional experts in multiple locations. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products utilizing the latest operating system. * Demonstrate excellent customer service focusing on rapport-building, listening, questioning and patience. * Able to lift up to 50 lbs as required. * Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast paced, and ever-changing environment. * Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors. * Self-motivated and the ability to work well individually and as part of a team. Candidates should have a career interest in environmental services and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Class 5 Driver's License and First Aid certification are considered assets, along with the ability to lift 50 lbs.
