Hiring a Guidewire Developer (Hands-on Insurance / Financial Services domain experience + Guidewire Suite, Guidewire PolicyCenter, Policy Administration System (PAS), and Guidewire Application development, implementation, integration, and configuration). Initial contract for 1 year, with good possibilities of further extensions. Job Location: Toronto, Ontario - M5B 2L7, Canada. Work Style: Hybrid Work - 2 days per week in the office required. Work Hours: 40 hours/week, typically Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Contractor to work extra time or be on-call: Yes, may require support overtime as needed. Extra hours will be required to support implementations and go-live dates. Rate Cap: Up to $90/Hr. (on Incorp). The final compensation will be negotiated between the contractor and recruiter based on experience and engagement terms. Interview: Teams interviews; 2 interviews ___________________________________________________________ Position Overview: Seeking a strong Guidewire Applications Developer & Technical Lead to act as an SME for our client's Insurance programs. 8+ years of experience in configuration and/or integration with Guidewire PolicyCenter/BillingCenter. Certified in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration (ACE) or Guidewire Integration (ACE) Experience with cloud native APIs and integration points (REST, SOAP) Working knowledge of other suite applications (like Duck Creek / Sapiens / Majesco / EIS OneSuite / Insurity, or similar applications) is an asset Experience with ski release functionalities (Integration Gateway, App Events, Autopilot) is an asset Experience in building and leading a development team.
