About the Role The Office Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this position, you will manage front-desk and office procedures while supporting our broader Operations Team in maintaining our campus facilities. Beyond core administrative support, you’ll help plan and execute world-class experiences and events for our team. What You'll Do Front Desk & Reception: Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls and welcoming office guests with a warm, professional demeanor. Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain accurate inventory controls for office equipment, assets, daily supplies, and employee perks. Administrative & Executive Support: Provide daily administrative assistance (mailing, copying, travel/reservations, documentation) and support executives, committees, or board meetings as needed. Document & Data Organization: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for company paperwork and records. Event & Facilities Support: Collaborate with the Operations Team to organize, coordinate, and execute seamless in-house and external company events. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Office Administration, Reception, Client Service, or a related operational role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal skills and intermediate English proficiency (both written and verbal). Highly process-driven with exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a focus on driving cost efficiencies. A proactive self-starter who excels at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
