Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager (Software Solutions). The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software and AI workflow products, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and iteration. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmaps, collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams, and translating customer and stakeholder needs into clear, prioritized product requirements. The role involves analyzing data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement, overseeing feature delivery and release planning, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and measurable ROI. The Product Manager will also support go-to-market activities, create product documentation, and maintain strong communication with internal and external stak eholders. Qualifications Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder management. Experience with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies, working closely with engineering and design teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including data-driven decision-making and use of metrics to evaluate product performance. Background in B2B software, enterprise solutions, or AI-driven products, preferably involving workflow automation or data-intensive systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects or initiatives concurrently. Experience in customer discovery, user research, and market analysis to validate opportunities and refine product direction. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with product analytics tools and collaboration platforms; prior work with mid-size or enterprise clients is a plus.
