We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who brings a strong understanding of the talent market, exceptional headhunting capabilities, and the ability to partner strategically with senior business leaders. This is an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition professional who can take ownership of complex hiring mandates, bring market intelligence to the table, and build talent strategies that go beyond traditional recruiting. What You'll Do Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business objectives, organizational needs, and critical talent requirements. Own end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialized, and hard-to-find talent across multiple functions. Develop targeted talent maps and market intelligence to identify where the best talent exists and how to attract it. Lead sophisticated headhunting and passive talent engagement strategies for highly competitive searches. Build long-term relationships with high-caliber professionals and develop talent pipelines ahead of business demand. Provide hiring leaders with meaningful insights on talent availability, competitor landscape, compensation, market trends, and hiring feasibility. Influence and calibrate hiring strategies based on real-time market conditions. Lead candidate assessment, stakeholder alignment, offer strategy, negotiation, and closing. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring lifecycle and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Leverage recruiting data and market intelligence to measure effectiveness and continuously improve talent acquisition strategies. Contribute to strengthening sourcing methodologies, recruiting practices, and the overall Talent Acquisition function. What We're Looking For 8–10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition / Executive Recruiting experience. Proven track record of successfully hiring senior, niche, specialized, and difficult-to-attract talent. Exceptional headhunting and passive candidate engagement capabilities. Deep knowledge of talent markets, competitor organizations, and industry hiring trends. Strong expertise in market mapping, talent intelligence, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a strategic talent advisor, not simply an order taker. Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage complex searches from initial strategy through successful closure. Strong business acumen and the ability to connect talent strategy with business objectives. Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You are naturally curious about the market, relentless when it comes to finding exceptional talent, and confident enough to challenge hiring assumptions when the data tells a different story.
