Centre: Milverton, ON Pay Range: $17.60-$17.97 Additional Responsibilities: Candidates are accountable for own transportation. This position will be between two locations. Matheson East and Milverton. One centre in the morning and second centre in the afternoon. *1 year of experience working in the childcare field or in a position with children who have diverse learned or developmental delays preferred* Job Type: Full-Time, Contract until December 2026 No evenings or weekends! As an Early Childhood Assistant or Registered Early Childhood Educator, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care. Responsibilities include: • Assisting RECE’s with instruction in the classroom. • Maintaining an environment that protects the well-being of children. • Interacting with children to encourage their involvement in activities. • Establishing collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families. • Attending staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary. • Working to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials. • Other duties as assigned.
