Reports to: Plant Manager Major Responsibilities: * Unloading railcars * Safely loading and unloading trucks * Cleaning of silos and the yard * Transfer product in and safe and efficient manner * General maintenance and yard work * Drive skid steer, tractor and pay loader Qualifications: * Team Player * Good Communication Skills * Strong work ethic * Comfortable lifting up to 45 kg * Physically able to work in both hot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors and at heights * Willing to work extended shifts as demand requires and assist with operations as needed. * Able to adapt to changes as daily demands dictate Hours of Work and Shift Requirements This position requires flexibility in scheduling. Successful candidates may be assigned to day, afternoon, evening, weekend, and/or overnight shifts based on operational requirements. Shift assignments, hours of work, and schedules are subject to change from time to time in accordance with business needs and applicable employment standards legislation. The role focuses on the safe loading and unloading of railcars and trucks, as well as the transfer of agricultural products. Additional duties include general yard maintenance, silo cleaning, and operating heavy machinery like skid steers and tractors.

Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 45 kg and working in extreme temperatures and at heights. A strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the flexibility to work extended shifts are required.
