Job Description Purpose Build and operate the Infrastructure Data Foundation as the trusted knowledge platform underpinning AI across the business. Key Responsibilities Design and evolve the data foundation, Brookfield Infrastructure’s internal knowledge platform, including information architecture, metadata standards, semantic layer and taxonomy. Work directly with the engineering team to build Snowflake data structures, ingestion pipelines and AI-enabled search/retrieval capabilities. Own the quality of the knowledge platform by ensuring information is complete, current, well-catalogued and appropriately permissioned. Establish governance processes and work with business functions to drive discipline around document ownership, metadata, permissions and lifecycle management across all functions. Monitor platform usage, identify opportunities to improve adoption and retire low-value AI applications. Help businesses identify AI use cases and assist with early prototyping. Ideal candidate Systems thinker with a passion for organizing knowledge and making information discoverable. Strong product mindset, able to bridge business needs and technical implementation. Excellent communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption across multiple business functions. Experience in SQL/Python, Snowflake (or similar cloud data platforms) and modern AI development tools (e.g. Cortex, Claude Code, Cursor) is an asset Comp Range: $110k to $160k CAD Position Opening Reason: New Position Brookfield is committed to maintaining a Positive Work Environment that is safe and respectful; our shared success depends on it.
