About the role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic sales enablement marketing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will primarily focus on event coordination and logistics, supporting the successful planning and execution of external and internal meetings, conferences, webinars, and company events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This position may also support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed. Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Plan and execute logistics for events, including venue sourcing and booking, vendor coordination, registration management, materials preparation and shipping * Support the execution of conferences, webinars, and prospect/client events and meetings * Manage backend reporting and event-based tasks such as attendee tracking, event reporting, supply coordination, and assist with post-event follow-up * Source, order, and manage inventory and distribution of branded materials, promotional items, and event swag * Create event communications, including invitations, reminders, and attendee correspondence * Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events are executed smoothly and aligned with company standards and branding * Participates in the creation, formatting, and updating of event materials and supporting marketing documents * Maintain organized records of event materials, vendor information, contracts, and marketing assets * Contributes to the broader marketing initiatives to support marketing teammates for additional projects and initiatives as assigned Skills needed: * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated success in execution * Proven experience in event planning and coordination, including managing logistics and sourcing event materials. Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while meeting deadlines and standards. * Strong project management and organizational skills and excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks. Ability to review/proofread own work consistently with a high degree of accuracy. * Ability to produce clear, professional written and verbal communications for invitations, attendee correspondence and internal coordination. * Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed * Willingness to travel 1-4 times year, as needed for events.
