We are looking for a strategy-oriented Financial Analyst, reporting to the finance manager – product strategy and costing, to support the new product development teams in their product strategy decisions. As part of your role, you will contribute to BRP’s growth and shape its future at the forefront of the product development process. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Work in the dynamic and challenging environment of new product development in close collaboration with the engineering, manufacturing, design, purchasing, and global product strategy teams. Advise and steer the new product development teams toward their financial objectives and optimal financial returns. Influence the product portfolio with precise and impactful analysis. Prepare business cases and present recommendations to senior management. Bring actionable insights through material cost analysis. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Passion and curiosity. A strong ability to develop relationships and influence key stakeholders. The ability to analyze multiple financial scenarios and make numbers tell a story (Microsoft Excel). The ability to solve problems and find consensus among project stakeholders. A bachelor’s or master’s degree relevant to product finance (business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, etc.). An MBA, CPA or CFA title would be considered an asset. Bilingual in French and English (oral and written). 3–5 years of relevant experience.
