Join our Global Dealer Learning and Development Team to help transform the BRP training program and deliver a best in-class L&D experience for our global network of Dealerships. Our team shares a passion for building learning programs that challenge, drive, and enable people to do their best work! As part of our awesome team, you will play an instrumental role in leading the design for technical and non-technical training content, ensuring BRP Dealers around the world continue to grow and deliver world-class experience to our Riders. You’ll get to work with passionate colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your creativity and problem-solving skills can shine. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: You'll design and develop extraordinary learning programs including e-learning, customized training, virtual-instructor-led training (V-ILT) and Instructor-led-training (ILT): Consult and collaborate with cross-functional teams around the world to identify business needs and create relevant and effective learning solutions. This could include sales leaders, technical experts, business stakeholders, graphic designers, video producers, and product managers. Apply adult learning theories and instructional design principles to develop innovative and exciting learning activities. Perform needs analysis to identify the knowledge and performance gaps and learning objectives. Use Kirkpatrick Model to develop summative evaluations. Create inclusive and accessible learning content that caters towards learners with diverse cultural backgrounds. Stay abreast of the latest developments and innovations in instructional design. Maintain and update project documentations and training materials in alignment with approved Design processes and procedures. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 7+ years of instructional design experience in private sectors using adult learning methodologies. Deep understanding of adult learning concepts and techniques Experience in developing highly technical training materials is a strong asset. Experience in digital learning design and/or curriculum design such as e-learning, virtual-instructor-led training (VILT). Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Litmos. Experience in handling learning programs including planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, organizational change, and risk management. Experience in crafting training materials for multicultural and global audiences. Excellent organization and time management skills, prioritizing and delivering on several projects concurrently. Excellent English written and verbal skills, French is a strong asset Can thrive, not just survive, in an ambiguous fast paced environment A willingness to be creative, try new things, and take informed risks Ability to manage tasks and projects with competing priorities.
