What You’ll Do Reporting to the Business and Human Services Integration Manager, the Human Services Integration Supervisor provides guidance and direct supervision to the Integrated Services Assistants whose primary responsibility is to provide integrated front line service and support related to income assistance, children’s programs and/or services, and/or housing supports. The supervisor collaborates with the Director of Human Services as well as managers, supervisors, and staff across the department to identify opportunities for integration, provide recommendations, and support implementation. This includes identifying and measuring internal organizational integration efforts and external client outcomes. What We’re Looking For Education & Experience Requires a post-secondary degree in Human Services or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and directly related job experience. Three to five years of experience in a human services environment combined with supervisory experience. Skills & Abilities Demonstrates and applies change management skills and ability to coach staff for transitions. Requires an understanding of applicable human services legislation (e.g. Ontario Works, Child Care and Early Years Act, Housing Services Act), regulation, and/or provincial policy directions. Excellent communication, client service, research, analytical, problem solving, and report writing skills. Able to work both independently and collaboratively. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, motivate and develop staff to deliver front-line outcomes with the use of performance coaching and conflict resolution processes.
