Role Description The Automotive Technician role is a full-time, on-site position located in Moncton, NB. The technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance, including inspections, diagnostics, oil changes, and scheduled service. Daily responsibilities also include identifying mechanical issues, completing repairs, and documenting work performed in a clear and accurate manner. The role involves working with a variety of vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs), collaborating with service advisors and colleagues, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The technician is expected to follow shop procedures, use appropriate tools and equipment, and deliver high-quality service to every customer. Qualifications Strong skills in general Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for cars, trucks, and SUVs. Experience performing routine services such as Oil Changes and basic inspections. Proficiency in Automotive Repair, including diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting. Knowledge of Suspension systems and related components. Relevant technical training or certification in automotive technology is preferred. Ability to read and interpret repair orders, service manuals, and technical documentation. Attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work efficiently in a busy shop environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and customers.
