Intern - Supply Chain Mississauga, ON / Full-time (Hybrid) Pay rate $20.90 - $24.20(per hour) Your Responsibilities The supply chain intern will support the supply chain department in its daily operations, assisting with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement utilizing new available AI tools. Assist in the preparation of supply chain reports to provide accurate visibility for stakeholder decision support. Analyze historical sales figures; works closely with sales and product marketing to determine fluctuations in sales and promotional activity. Communicate with different supply chain, sales and marketing functions to help meet revenue, cost, and service level targets. Analyze inventory and inbound levels to ensure demand is met to forecast; Communicates with production & logistics to ensure consistent flow of products, to the requirements of the forecast. Support the Head of Supply Chain with special projects, analysis, presentations, and business transformation initiatives. Identify repetitive, manual, or time-consuming work across logistics and supply chain that can be improved using available AI tools, automation, analytics, or better workflow design. Support the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, Python, SQL, or other relevant technologies where appropriate and can drive efficiency. Write, improve, and standardize user-guidance, process documentation, training materials related to the above. Help convert business problems into structured project plans, action trackers, reports, and measurable improvement opportunities. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, ownership, and practical problem solving. Perform all other duties as assigned Your Profile High-School Diploma – Required Currently undergoing college or university program (Business or related field like Logistics / Supply Chain Management) 0-2 Years Experience (Supply Chain Management) – Preferred Fluent in English (read, write, speak) Strong analytical skills with a logical mindset High level of mathematical knowledge (University level) Proficient in advancedMicrosoft Excel functionalities Detail-oriented with effectiveproblem-solving and decision-making abilities Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced team environment whileadhering to strict deadlines Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Utilization of the following, but not limited to AI tools: (CoPilot, ChatGPT) Further information Please visit career.bsh-group.com and learn about what makes BSH a Top Employer!
