The associate will serve customers and process cash register transactions while maintaining store merchandising and housekeeping standards. They are also responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of the farm, feed, and garden products sold by the company.

Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. A valid Pesticide Dispenser Certificate is considered an asset.
