The associate is responsible for serving customers and processing cash register transactions. They must also maintain merchandising standards and keep a clear understanding of the store's farm, feed, and pet products.

Candidates should have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. A Pesticide Dispenser Certificate is considered an asset.
