You will report to the Community Branch Manager and as a trusted advisor, you play an essential role on the branch team and are dedicated to assisting and advising members with their financial needs. You understand the importance of placing the right products and services in the hands of our members or referring them to fellow experts. Building trust and loyalty with each member interaction, you will gain a deeper understanding of the member needs and deliver financial solutions, including investments and small lending products to enhance the member’s financial well-being. You strive for excellence and play a vital role in growing member relationships and making sound decisions and recommendations to support the growth, impact and profitability of our credit union. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years financial service industry experience, preferably with investment and retail lending experience, or a combination of experience and education. An individual with a combination of experience and post-secondary education in the areas that are directly related to financial services will also be considered.
