Your Daily Contribution & Impact: Strategic vision and roadmap: Develop and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy. Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives to maximize business and customer value. Team leadership and mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, helping them grow and excel in their roles. Oversee and delegate responsibilities for multiple products or product lines. Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the product team and other departments, such as Planning, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and senior executive leadership. Market and customer insights: Conduct and oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends, customer needs, and business opportunities. Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product planning. Performance and data analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to evaluate product success. Use data-driven insights to inform decisions on product optimization and future strategy. Stakeholder management: Communicate product plans, priorities, and performance to internal and external stakeholders. Effectively manage expectations and build consensus. Resource and portfolio management: Allocate resources, manage budgets, and oversee a portfolio of products to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution. Develop partnership with external vendors, promotions, maximize sales and margin. Expertise & Essential Skills: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Procurement/Sourcing/Product Management Negotiations skills, team player, ability to prioritize Advance level of proficiency in MS Office programs (specially in MS excel /Power point) Proficient with computer programs and a working knowledge of new technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills Leadership, strong sense of business, innovation and solution oriented Autonomous, self‐starter, Superior planner and organized Uni-Select strives to create a stimulating, inclusive and open work environment that promotes fairness, respect and diversity.
