The Driver will transport products in a safe manner and by following proper provincial regulations. Delivers products to customers on time while providing excellent customer service as the face of the company. *Must have class 1 license Tuesday to Friday: 6.00am to 4.00pm Overnight: Wednesday and Thursday Responsibilities: * Operate a truck in a safe and professional manner at all times. * Deliver products to customers on time, while providing complete customer service * Transfer materials and items from truck to dock area or other designated area by hand, hand truck, electric pallet jack, or manual pallet jack * Communicate with customers regarding deliveries, returns, etc. * Maintain logs daily and complies with all other Provincial Transportation procedures/regulations * Conduct Pre-trip and Post-trip truck inspections of tractor and trailer units, in compliance with provincial regulations * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Perform other duties and responsibilities as required Requirements: * Plan and organize effectively; clear communication is a must * Must be customer service orientated and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team * Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgement and decision making skills * Must hold valid Class 1 driver's license and provide driver's abstract Bunzl Canada Inc.
