The Banquet Captain will be responsible for overseeing banquets from beginning to end, which includes assisting with setup and teardown activities. This role requires leading a team of Banquet Servers and collaborating effectively with both the kitchen team and guests.

Candidates must possess 1-2 years of experience in a banquet and events role, coupled with exceptional communication and organizational skills. A key requirement is the ability to think quickly and react calmly while demonstrating proficiency in multitasking and prioritization.
