Job Title: Change Management Analyst Location: Edmonton, Alberta (Onsite) Duration: Contract We're looking for a Change Management Specialist with 4+ years of experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives. Must-Have Skills: 4+ years in Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement Experience developing Change Plans, Communication Plans, Training Plans, and Impact Assessments Strong communication, facilitation, and training material development skills Bachelor's degree in a related field Nice to Have: PROSCI or CCMP Certification Experience with digital transformation projects Business analysis and requirements gathering experience 📍 Location: Edmonton, AB (100% Onsite)

The Change Management Analyst will support organizational change and transformation initiatives. This includes developing change plans, communication plans, training plans, and impact assessments.
