Hiring: Security Communications & Training Specialist Client: Energy Domain Calgary, AB | Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite 12+ Months | Contract + Extension We are seeking a Security Communications and Training Specialist to support TC Energy’s security awareness and human-risk program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and delivering formal security training, creating executive-ready communications, and presenting complex security concepts to employees and senior leadership. Must-Have Skills: ✔️ Experience in security awareness / cybersecurity communications / human risk ✔️ Hands-on experience designing and delivering formal training programs ✔️ Experience conducting live training sessions, roadshows, and executive sessions ✔️ Strong experience developing training curriculum and training content ✔️ Proven PowerPoint / presentation deck development experience ✔️ Experience preparing executive-ready communications, presentations, briefs, and reports ✔️ Experience communicating with VP, senior leadership, and board-level audiences ✔️ Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity, social engineering, and risk concepts ✔️ Experience with metrics, data analysis, and executive reporting ✔️ Strong proofreading, editing, quality-control, and communication skills ✔️ Experience working cross-functionally with Communications, OCM, Project Teams, and Enterprise Security ✔️ Ability to support training for large employee groups and executive audiences ✔️ Eligible to work in Canada and available for Calgary hybrid work Strong Plus: ⭐ KnowBe4 / Proofpoint / Doppel / Mirage ⭐ Security awareness or human-risk platforms ⭐ Cybersecurity / information security background ⭐ Energy, utilities, or regulated-industry experience ⭐ SQL / advanced data analysis ⭐ Security engineering or architecture background with strong training experience ⚠️ Phishing simulation or social-engineering campaign experience alone will not qualify. 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: Afzal.khan@buzzclan.com
