Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Duration: Contract We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in SMART on FHIR, FHIR APIs, HL7v2, Mirth Integration Engine, ReactJS, and Java Spring Boot to support the modernization of Virtual Care products and integration with leading Hospital Information Systems (HIS). Must-Have Skills: ✔️ 5+ years integrating with Epic, Cerner, and/or MEDITECH Hospital Information Systems ✔️ Strong experience with SMART on FHIR, FHIR APIs, HL7v2, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and secure healthcare application integration ✔️ Hands-on experience with Mirth Integration Engine (message routing, transformation, validation, troubleshooting, and production support) ✔️ Strong ReactJS frontend development experience ✔️ Strong Java & Spring Boot experience building microservices and REST APIs ✔️ Experience with clinical scheduling, encounter workflows, patient/provider context, and healthcare data exchange ✔️ Experience developing secure, scalable, accessible, and auditable healthcare applications Key Responsibilities: Design and develop ReactJS frontend components for Virtual Care solutions. Build Java Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs supporting SMART on FHIR workflows. Implement SMART on FHIR launch flows, clinical context handling, and FHIR API integrations. Integrate Virtual Care platforms with Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, and other HIS systems. Develop and support HL7v2 interfaces and FHIR integrations using Mirth Integration Engine. Support scheduling, encounter, patient, and provider workflow integrations. Collaborate with architects, clinical teams, QA, security, and operations teams. Prepare technical documentation, interface specifications, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials. Support integration testing, production deployments, issue resolution, and release activities. Preferred Skills: ✔️ Ocean, Novari, or similar referral platforms ✔️ Epic App Orchard, MEDITECH APIs, or Cerner integration models ✔️ FHIR R4/R5 resources (Patient, Encounter, Appointment, Schedule, Practitioner, ServiceRequest, etc.) ✔️ CI/CD pipelines, API design, monitoring, logging, and healthcare interoperability standards 📍 Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite as Required) 🏛️ Public Sector Experience: Required If you have the required healthcare integration experience, please share your updated resume at abhishek.verma@buzzclan.com
