Location - CNOOC Long Lake Shift Schedule - 14/14 - 12 Hour day shift Camp Accommodations provided Employee must travel to site on their own Trade / Scope Specific responsibilities, including, but not limited to: Inspection of existing heating, refrigeration and air conditioning infrastructure, equipment, and related components. Diagnose condition of existing heating, refrigeration and air conditioning infrastructure, equipment, and related components. Perform preventative maintenance on existing “trade” infrastructure, equipment, and related components. Recommend best-fit solutions for existing “trade” infrastructure, equipment, and related components. Service and repair existing “trade” infrastructure, equipment, and related components. Construction of new heating, refrigeration and air conditioning infrastructure. Assembly and installation of new and replacement heating, refrigeration and air conditioning infrastructure, equipment, and related components. Communication of inspections, diagnoses, preventative maintenance, recommendations, construction, service / repair, and installation of heating, refrigeration and air conditioning infrastructure, equipment, and related components. Documentation of inspections, diagnoses, preventative maintenance, recommendations, construction, service / repair, and installation of heating, refrigeration and air conditioning infrastructure, equipment, and related components. Follow safety guidelines, approved processes and procedures on the job site. Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to minimize disruptions and maximize productivity. Work cohesively with teams of employees or contractors. Communicate in a polite and courteous manner. Please note the successful candidate will be required to pass a drug and alcohol and fit for work exam. Applicants must already hold the following certifications to be eligible for this position. If the successful candidate does not already possess these certifications, they will be required to obtain them at their own expense prior to commencing work. General Certifications Required: Valid Class 5 Driver's License Valid Drivers Abstract - No more than 6 demerit points Valid HVAC Journeymans Certificate General Safety Certifications Required: H2S Alive training Fall Protection EWP RPE WHIMIS 2025 Confined space monitor and entry Fire watch/spark watch Gas monitor training LOTO
