POSITION DETAILS What you will do: * Analyze product performance data to identify trends, risk factors, profitability drivers, and operational opportunities. * Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify the root cause of performance issues or emerging trends (e.g., claims patterns, conversion changes, distribution shifts). * Conduct competitive landscape reviews, including product features, pricing, distribution channels, and emerging trends in travel insurance. * Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of travel insurance products, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with Canadian regulations. * Identify process inefficiencies, propose and support the implementation of solutions. Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply. Who you are: * Identify process inefficiencies, propose and support the implementation of solutions. * Post secondary education in Business, Economics, Math/Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. * 2–5 years of experience in an analytics, product, or business intelligence role (insurance experience an asset). * Strong MS Office skills. * Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present clear business recommendations. * Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Works well independently and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams. * Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
