Full-Time Dental Assistant (RDA Level II) ? Cabana Dental Cabana Dental is a modern, technology-driven dental practice focused on delivering outstanding patient care in a welcoming and professional environment. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a Full-Time Level II Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our supportive and energetic team. If you are an experienced dental assistant who enjoys chairside assisting, working with modern dental technology, and providing excellent patient care, we would love to meet you. Responsibilities * Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures * Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and operatories * Sterilization and infection control following clinical protocols * Taking dental X-rays in accordance with HARP guidelines * Assisting with digital workflows and dental technology when needed * Supporting the front desk team with occasional administrative tasks * Ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit Qualifications * Level II Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) ? Ontario * HARP Certification * Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience * Strong knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols * Experience with CEREC/ digital scanning and Open Dental software is considered an asset * Excellent communication and patient care skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental clinic What We Offer * Competitive pay based on experience * Health and dental benefits * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Opportunity to work with modern dental technology * Ongoing learning and career growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $52,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking Work Location: In person
