The Production Assembler role is perfect for those with experience in general labour, line/assembly, production, or warehouse roles, as well as those familiar with hand tools or power tools, either personally or professionally. However, Caframo provides full training for individuals with or without assembly experience. Key Responsibilities Assemble products and sub-assemblies in accordance with production work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Participate in production line set-ups and perform daily equipment inspections and checks. Operate equipment safely and efficiently within the scope of Caframo-approved training and certification. Participate in team and cross-functional meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Accurately enter and maintain production activities and data within the company's data collection system (Epicor MES) to support production tracking, reporting, and inventory accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, and identify equipment maintenance requirements as needed. Perform first-off article inspections and complete required quality assurance documentation. Conduct product quality testing and identify, report, and escalate non-conformance issues for corrective action. What you bring: High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated fine motor skills and the ability to safely use hand and power tools. Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 40 lbs. Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and procedures. Basic computer skills and the ability to enter and retrieve information from company systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
