Résumé du poste
Investment Operations Analyst — Wealth Management Transition Program 7 Openings | Full-Time| 12–18 Month Engagement |Multiple Functional Areas The Initiative Our client is undertaking a major operational transition: offboarding its wealth management operations to a third-party servicing and operations platform. As internal teams lead the transition — including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and platform cutover — we're backfilling day-to-day operational coverage so the business continues to run without disruption. This creates 7 open Investment Operations Analyst roles across different back-office functions within wealth operations, including ACH, Corporate Actions, Payments, and other operational areas as the transition scope evolves. These are full-time positions for the duration of the 12–18 month program, performing standard business-as-usual (BAU) work throughout. What You'll Be Doing Each analyst will be embedded within a specific operational function (e.g., ACH, Corporate Actions, or Payments) and responsible for the accurate, timely execution of that team's day-to-day processing, while the broader organization manages the transition to the new servicing platform. Provide end-to-end operational support within your assigned function, processing transactions and activities in compliance with regulatory and risk controls. Deliver accurate, timely, and efficient service to internal and external stakeholders, meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Respond to standard and non-standard inquiries from internal business partners and external clients. Check and reconcile information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify, analyze, and resolve standard issues in a timely manner; escalate non-routine issues to senior team members or management. Monitor and track performance, flagging and addressing issues as they arise. Support the transition effort itself — participating in process documentation, knowledge transfer sessions, and testing as the function moves to the new operating model. Develop and maintain an understanding of the regulatory requirements and risks inherent in the function to maintain operational integrity. Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards as needed. Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to execute work and meet service delivery expectations. Contribute ideas for process improvement and participate in testing/implementation of new or revised procedures tied to the transition. Functional Areas (Openings May Include) ACH Operations Corporate Actions Payments Additional wealth management back-office functions, to be confirmed as the transition progresses What We're Looking For Typically 3–5 years of relevant operations experience in wealth management, asset management, or investment operations (specific function experience — e.g., ACH, Corporate Actions, Payments — is a plus and will factor into role placement). Post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of the products, processes, and controls relevant to your operational area. Understanding of regulatory and risk requirements applicable to investment/wealth operations. Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new systems quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment to resolve issues within established guidelines. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a changing operating environment during a transition. Comfort operating in an environment of process change, given this role directly supports a live operational transition. Engagement Details Full-time hours for the duration of the engagement. Estimated 12–18 month program length, tied to the client's transition timeline. 7 positions available across the functional areas above — candidates will be matched to the function that best fits their background.
