Heavy Duty Mechanic - Journeyperson/Journeyman (LOCAL)

Heavy Duty Mechanic – Journeyperson will be a member of the Maintenance Department responsible for daily repairs and preventative maintenance of Calfrac’s well servicing equipment. COMPENSATION: * Competitive Hourly Wages plus Overtime when applicable * Health and Dental Benefits effective day 1 of employment * Vacation Pay * RRSP Matching – day one * Paid training * Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - provided to each new hire specific to each position SCHEDULE: * Local: Eight (8) days on, six (6) days off * Shop and Field positions EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Journeyman Heavy Duty or Millwright Certification required * 4-5 years of related experience * Successful completion of the Interprovincial Journeyman Red Seal program is preferred * Certified to complete CVIP / DOT inspections would be considered an asset * Unrestricted Class 5 driver’s license with satisfactory driver’s abstract * High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsible for the daily repairs and preventative maintenance of Calfrac's well servicing equipment. The role ensures high standards of safety and efficiency within the Maintenance Department.

Requires a Journeyman Heavy Duty or Millwright Certification and 4-5 years of related experience. A valid Class 5 driver's license and Red Seal certification are preferred.
