🚨 Co-op/Internship Opportunity – Course Credit Only 🚨 Growth & Performance Marketing Intern (Meta Ads) 📍 Remote 🗓 Start: Late August / Early September 2026 ⏳ Duration: 4 months 🎓 This position is for students completing a mandatory co-op, internship, or field placement for academic course credit. This is an unpaid educational placement and is not a paid position. Calm Courage Co. is an early-stage startup preparing to launch an innovative children’s emotional learning app that helps kids build confidence, resilience, emotional awareness, and other essential life skills through fun, interactive experiences. We’re looking for a motivated student who wants hands-on experience growing a real startup from launch. What you’ll do: • Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. • Help grow our waitlist and convert users into paying subscribers after launch. • Analyze campaign performance, click-through rates, conversions, and customer acquisition metrics. • Research and test target audiences, messaging, and creative concepts. • Recommend improvements based on campaign data. • Collaborate with our startup team to help execute our growth strategy. We’re looking for someone who: • Is studying Marketing, Business, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related program. • Has basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (through coursework or personal projects is welcome). • Enjoys analyzing data and improving marketing performance. • Wants real startup experience where their work will directly impact the company’s growth.
