Rental Coordinator As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Rentals Department. The Rental Coordinator is the first point of contact and represents the company to customers. Other job duties will include, but are not limited to: Handle incoming enquiries from new and existing customers. Perform check-ins and check-outs of rental units. Complete and process rental agreements and required paperwork. Work with internal departments and outside vendors to ensure maximum fleet utilization and minimize downtime. Assist with the various other rental department duties, as required. Training will be provided. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year vehicle rental or similar experience preferred Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Valid Class 5 Driver's License Dealership experience is considered an asset Ability to work in various weather conditions Self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Strong work ethic and positive team attitude If you are interested in applying for this position, please forward your cover letter and resume in confidence to Keith Knorr, [email protected].
