In this dynamic role, you'll take on key responsibilities that drive our mission forward, including: Work on a daily basis with foreign suppliers to ensure follow-up purchases Responsible for monitoring Purchase Orders and creating purchase orders. Track outstanding items and issues and assist buyers in correcting and to locate the gaps Responsible for updating the various production monitoring tools to buyers; Responsible for shipping/tracking parts to suppliers and associated logistics. Process and create purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring attention to detail. Motivated to work in a fast-paced, solution-demanding environment creative. Every day is different and you have to love challenges and teamwork Are you THE person we are looking for? Have experience in purchasing or a related field. (An advantage) Know inventory management systems (Kanban, min/max, MRP). Demonstrate excellent persuasion skills, speed of execution and attention to detail.
