In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration, testing and optimisation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions while working closely with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements. Configure Oracle HCM applications based on business needs. Support data migration, validation and reconciliation activities. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution. Collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT teams to improve business processes. Troubleshoot Oracle HCM application issues and provide functional support. Support Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and quarterly updates. Create functional documentation, process flows and user guides. Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions. Ensure data accuracy, security and compliance with organizational standards. Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud features and best practices.
