We are seeking passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet events. The successful candidate will be reliable, professional in appearance, have a strong work ethic, and good attention to detail. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise banquet staff during events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications. Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide personalized service. Oversee the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant, banquet, or hotel environment. Previous Banquet Captain experience is required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Excellent guest service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional event experiences. Ability to lead and coordinate banquet staff while ensuring smooth event execution.
