We are currently seeking passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will play a highly visible and important role in ensuring guest satisfaction while supporting overnight hotel operations. This position combines the responsibilities of both a Night Auditor and Guest Service Agent, requiring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Availability Requirement: Candidates must be available to work evenings, overnights, and weekends, with flexibility to work holidays as required. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional guest service through individualized attention, personal accountability, and effective teamwork. Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, identify solutions, and follow through to resolve guest concerns and complaints. Process incoming reservations and ensure accuracy of guest information. Review, balance, and reconcile daily financial transactions. Ensure all revenue is posted accurately and efficiently. Complete daily audit and reconciliation procedures in accordance with company standards. Operate cash registers and process all methods of payment accurately. Maximize guest satisfaction by executing detailed instructions for current and prospective guests. Continuously assess and improve work processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality. Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, completeness, and professionalism in all duties. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience providing exceptional customer service, including handling guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Agent, Night Auditor, or in a similar hospitality role is considered an asset. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling financial transactions and reconciliations. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Basic computer skills and experience with hotel property management systems are considered an asset.
