Server Assistant

We are seeking a Server Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests. Assist servers in expediting guests' meal and drink orders. Provide a positive atmosphere. Attends to guests' needs and requests. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Minimum availability of 12 hours per week (additional hours may be available based on business needs). - Previous restaurant or customer service experience is considered an asset but is not required. - Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to support all front-of-house team members. - Reliable, punctual, and dependable, with a strong work ethic. - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays. - Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to the company dress code. - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
