Digital Marketing Coordinator | CanadaOne Auto Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing looking to shift your career into high gear? CanadaOne Auto is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing initiatives across our automotive dealerships. You will work closely with dealership leaders, internal marketing team members, manufacturer representatives, and external vendors to help increase website traffic, generate leads, strengthen customer engagement, and maintain a consistent online presence. This is an execution-focused role suited to someone who is organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with website updates, digital advertising campaigns, email marketing, social media, local listings, dealership events, compliance, and monthly performance reporting. The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and be eager to expand their experience across multiple channels. Automotive experience is an asset, but it is not required. Responsibilities Support in the planning and execution of monthly marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, traditional advertising, and dealership promotions. Coordinate with dealership leadership, internal marketing teams, manufacturer representatives, and vendors to collect campaign details, creative assets, offers, and approvals. Maintain dealership websites, local business listings, social media profiles, and promotional content to ensure information is accurate, current, and compliant. Coordinate customer communications, including email and text-message campaigns, from content preparation and testing through scheduling and reporting. Assist with dealership events, model launches, sponsorships, sales promotions, and customer appreciation initiatives. Track advertising expenses, budgets, invoices, and manufacturer co-op submissions. Prepare monthly marketing reports covering website traffic, leads, phone calls, campaign performance, and other key dealership metrics. Manage project timelines, campaign records, creative assets, and other administrative marketing tasks as assigned. Qualifications BCom/BA/BS in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or a related field. Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social media, SEO/GEO, organic social media, and email marketing. Interest in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Business, and website content-management systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to organize, review, and interpret campaign data. Experience preparing reports and using marketing metrics to evaluate performance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Comfortable working with internal teams, dealership leaders, vendors, and external partners. A customer-focused mindset with an understanding of how marketing supports the customer journey. Experience with automotive marketing or dealership operations is considered an asset. Experience with email marketing, social media scheduling, graphic-design platforms, or project-management tools is considered an asset.
