If so, we want you to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager at CanadaOne Auto! In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on a range of marketing campaigns that will drive our automotive dealerships' online presence and reach. Working closely with internal dealership leadership and managing vendors, you'll report to the Director of Marketing and use your extensive knowledge of marketing tactics to accelerate traffic, generate leads, and increase customer loyalty. Other responsibilities include communicating with the VP & Director of Marketing, General Managers, and department heads to determine priorities and monthly budgets, working with our internal ad buyers to develop advertising strategy and creative, managing dealership event planning, and serving as the General Managers' eyes and ears in evaluating vendor performance. You'll also work with the dealership leadership to coordinate and align their business goals with local campaigns & marketing initiatives. Including tasks such as ensuring marketing materials and websites are compliant, maintaining monthly advertising strategy and reports, developing and executing outbound customer communications, and managing local listings and social media sites. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of professional marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing, and experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvement. Automotive experience is a plus, but not a requirement. You should also have excellent communication skills, including the ability to present metrics and results to senior leadership, and be proficient in Excel and Google Analytics. Qualifications 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. Good grasp of marketing platforms including: PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO, social strategy (paid & organic), video, etc... Solid experience with Excel, Google Analytics (GA4), and other analytics tools to interpret, analyze, and leverage data effectively. Experience using data and metrics to evaluate campaign impact, measure ROI, and drive improvements. Automotive Experience is a big plus, but not a requirement. Experience managing monthly multi-channel campaigns. Strong communication skills including presenting metrics and results to senior leadership. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to execution, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines. A strong focus on customer needs, behaviors, and preferences, with experience in creating personalized, customer-centric campaigns. BCom/BS/BA Degree required. Responsibilities Communicate with VP & Director of Marketing, General Managers, and Department heads to determine priorities and monthly budget. Work with Performance Marketing and Creative Team members to develop advertising strategy and creative for paid search, social media, email, direct mail, TV, radio, print, and OOH. Manage dealership event planning including sales events, model launches, customer appreciation events and sponsorship activations throughout the year. Work with Manufacturer Marketing Representatives to coordinate and align their "Tier 1" marketing efforts with our more localized campaigns. Ensure all marketing materials and websites are compliant. Maintain monthly advertising budgets for each dealership. Maintain and update dealership websites. Manage and execute email blasts. Manage advertising Co-Op Programs. Maintain monthly advertising reports tracking website traffic, showroom traffic, sales, internet leads, phone calls, etc. Manage local listings and social media sites. Other duties as assigned.
