About The Role: Canadian Blood Services is looking for a regular full-time Manager, Transformation & Strategy Integration to join our Finance & Corporate Services division. As the Manager, Transformation & Strategy Integration, you will help shape and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across Finance and Corporate Services. Working closely with leaders and cross-functional teams, you will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide the implementation of solutions that strengthen operational effectiveness, support organizational growth, and create lasting value. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, influencing change, and turning data-driven insights into practical outcomes. Formula for success: Using your expertise in business process analysis, you will assess current operations, uncover inefficiencies, and design practical improvements that enhance service delivery, scalability, and organizational performance. Drawing on your strategic thinking skills, you will develop and maintain transformation roadmaps that align initiatives, priorities, resources, and business outcomes with long-term organizational objectives. You will build strong relationships with leaders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure transformation initiatives support both business needs and system capabilities. Leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, you will evaluate impacts, assess risks, and develop evidence-based recommendations that support informed decision-making and sustainable change. Through effective governance and performance measurement, you will establish meaningful success metrics, monitor progress, and help ensure transformation investments deliver measurable business value. By leading change and implementation efforts, you will support adoption of new processes and ways of working, helping teams successfully navigate change while maintaining focus on outcomes and continuous improvement. Desired Education & Skills: Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline such as business administration, engineering, life sciences, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Experience leading business transformation, process improvement, project management, or related initiatives within a regulated environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information, assess business processes, and communicate recommendations clearly to diverse audiences. Demonstrated experience managing change, identifying risks, facilitating discussions, and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization. Strong project and program management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines. Formal training or certification in project management, continuous improvement, change management, or related methodologies is considered an asset. What we offer you: Competitive base salary range. What You Can Expect This role will work in a hybrid environment with requirements to be onsite at one of Canadian Blood Services location at least 40% of the time/2 days of the week. You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours a day. Travel to Ottawa periodically, as required, to support business initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
