Provide Clinical Leadership and Expertise – Serve as the facility’s health care subject matter expert by providing professional guidance, advice, and support to staff, managers, and community health care partners. Supervise and Develop Staff – Lead and support a multidisciplinary health care team by assigning work, coaching employees, identifying learning opportunities, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Drive Program Planning and Improvement – Monitor emerging health care trends, assess service needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement initiatives that enhance program effectiveness and client outcomes. Manage Resources and Operations – Oversee operational budgets, medical supplies, equipment, pharmacy processes, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and compliant health care service delivery. Build Partnerships and Support Youth Well-Being – Collaborate with community agencies, hospitals, specialists, families, and internal stakeholders to coordinate care, facilitate referrals, and promote positive health outcomes for youth. Mandatory Requirements What you bring to the team You are currently registered as a Registered Nurse in good standing with the Colleges of Nurses of Ontario. Leadership and People Management Experience leading and supporting multidisciplinary health care teams in a complex service delivery environment. Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Skilled in performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, and workforce planning. Ability to set priorities, coordinate daily operations, and ensure high standards of service delivery. Clinical and Health Care Expertise Current registration in good standing as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, professional standards, and ethical guidelines. Experience overseeing health care programs, clinical services, and quality-of-care initiatives. Ability to assess health care needs, manage risks, and support sound clinical decision-making. Program Management and Operational Excellence Experience planning, implementing, and evaluating health care programs and services. Ability to identify trends, monitor performance, and recommend improvements to service delivery. Knowledge of operational planning, resource allocation, and quality improvement methodologies. Experience managing budgets, medical supplies, equipment, and program resources effectively. Communication and Stakeholder Relations Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Experience providing expert advice and guidance to leaders, staff, and external partners. Ability to collaborate with community agencies, hospitals, specialists, and other health care providers.
