What You’ll Do As an Office Coordinator, you’ll ensure every patient feels welcome and cared for while keeping our practice running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming Patients: Greet each patient warmly and create an inviting atmosphere for children and adults alike. Scheduling with Care: Manage appointments efficiently and keep the schedule on track. Be a Resource: Provide patients and their families with clear, compassionate communication about procedures and next steps. Support Our Team: Assist with administrative tasks, dental records, and other duties that help our practice thrive. Set up financial payment plans in software system. Process and reconcile monthly payments and charges three times per month and follow up on any NSF and or discrepancies. Deposit funds online and in person. Open, close and reconcile the day end reports.
