Finances are a big part of any business, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of forecasts, budgets, and P&L to achieve the objectives of the year Last but not least, we want a fast learner, a critical thinker capable of turning data into knowledge with experience managing dental KPI’s. What would you be accountable for? Achieve the annual revenue budget Re-activate our current patient base that have unscheduled hygiene Support ongoing management of pre-booking appts. Manage and maintain a staffing strategy that manages staff efficiency Manage and maintain a dental supply strategy by working with your team and external vendor. Increase our customer satisfaction and constantly measure our KPI’s Performance management with an open communication policy You will be accountable for being creative, from conflict resolution to new initiatives creativity is a plus, we want to hear your ideas. In terms of qualifications? Not going to lie this is a challenging role, so you will need to have 3 to 5 years of experience leading a strongest team The dental field is highly regulated environment, so we are looking for someone with experience managing a dental or medical office . Bachelor’s Degree in business administration in related area or worked as Dentist in a busiest clinic What do we offer?
