Role Description The Facilities Maintenance Quality Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Niagara Falls, ON, responsible for overseeing the quality and effectiveness of maintenance activities across hotel, attraction, and resort facilities. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating daily work assignments, and ensuring building, equipment, and systems are maintained to safety and brand standards. The supervisor monitors preventive maintenance programs, conducts inspections, and verifies that repairs and upkeep are completed correctly and on schedule. In addition, the role includes collaborating with facility management leadership, supporting vendor coordination, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and identifying opportunities for process and quality improvements. The Facilities Maintenance Quality Supervisor helps ensure a safe, efficient, and guest-ready environment across the resort’s properties. Qualifications Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience leading maintenance or facilities teams and coordinating daily workloads. Strong background in equipment maintenance, including troubleshooting and ensuring safe and reliable operation of mechanical and building systems. Experience in facility management (FM), including planning, organizing, and monitoring maintenance activities in a multi-site or complex hospitality environment. Proficiency in preventive maintenance and building maintenance, with the ability to implement and maintain scheduled programs for structures, utilities, and guest areas. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements relevant to hospitality or commercial facilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external service providers. Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills, including experience with maintenance management software or computerized work order systems. Relevant technical training or certification in building systems, trades, or facility management; previous experience in hotels, resorts, or large commercial properties is an asset.
