Are you a skilled investigator with a passion for locating hard-to-reach individuals? Join our Auto Finance and Bad Debt Recovery Team as a Skip Tracing Specialist and help us recover what matters! Key Responsibilities * Utilize social media platforms, search engines, and skip tracing tools to locate debtors and or assets. * Conduct credit bureau scrubs to gather and verify critical information. * Analyze credit applications for potential leads to assist in recovery efforts. * Ensure timely follow-up on all leads to maximize recovery success. * Maintain full compliance with all regulations and company policies. * Collaborate with the recovery team to support successful debt resolution. What you bring * Proficiency in skip tracing techniques, including social media and search engine tools. * Experience analyzing credit bureau reports and credit applications for leads. * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively for timely follow-ups. * Knowledge of compliance regulations in auto finance and debt recovery. * Experience in auto finance or debt recovery is a plus.
