Résumé du poste

At RecoveryHub, we are committed to excellence in repossession and insolvency management. Our business relies on a high-performing external network of asset recovery and remarketing partners. We are looking for an ambitious, highly communicative Vendor Operations and Client Relations Coordinator to help manage, support, and grow our bailiff and vendor network. This is a high-impact, entry-level role designed for a dynamic new graduate who possesses strong emotional intelligence, sharp problem-solving skills, and a desire to build a career in operations, vendor management, and client relations. What You’ll Do As a Vendor Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary operational bridge between RecoveryHub and our field vendors/bailiff network. You will handle difficult conversations, build performance tools, and ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Bailiff & Vendor Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based rapport with our bailiff and recovery partners. Confidently navigate challenging conversations, field vendor complaints or concerns with tact, and directly communicate company directives and operational issues. Performance Tracking & Scorecard Development: Construct, maintain, and analyze vendor performance scorecards to evaluate key SLAs, efficiency, and service standards. Risk Awareness & Smart Escalation: Exercise quick critical thinking and "street smarts" to assess the risk level of any conversation or issue, knowing when to resolve matters independently and when to engage senior leadership. Contract Review & Analysis (Career Growth): Learn to review incoming vendor contracts, evaluate terms, and provide initial internal feedback and risk assessments. Client Presentations (Career Growth): Work alongside leadership to develop and eventually deliver compelling operational presentations to key clients. Compliance & Operational Support: Assist in managing annual compliance reviews and risk mitigation efforts within the repossession and remarketing landscape. Who You Are We are looking for a sharp, adaptable self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn't afraid of complex communication challenges. Qualifications & Skills Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Criminology/Law, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience; high-potential new grads are strongly encouraged to apply. Communication & Street Smarts: Superior verbal and written communication skills. Highly comfortable speaking professionally with diverse personalities, handling conflict calmly, and asserting expectations clearly. Analytical Thinking: Ability to collect operational data, build structured performance scorecards, and turn numbers into clear takeaways. Judgement & Risk Assessment: An innate sense of sound judgment—able to read between the lines, weigh risks, and identify when to escalate complex issues to management. Eagerness to Learn: Eager to learn contract mechanics, presentation delivery, and industry regulations. Working Conditions & Requirements Work Structure: This is a hybrid role requiring 50% of your time in the office and 50% working from home (subject to business needs). Background Check: To be considered for employment, you will need to successfully pass a criminal background check and work experience validation. Why Join RecoveryHub? At RecoveryHub, our team is driven by innovation, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role provides an exceptional opportunity for a new graduate to gain hands-on experience in vendor negotiations, performance analytics, contract analysis, and client delivery. How to Apply: Adding to our team is one of the most important steps in our business. We’ve taken time to be purposeful and thoughtful with this job posting. Please take time to do the same with your application. Help us understand how your background, skills, and communication strengths make you a great fit for RecoveryHub.
