Cook (Pizza Maker) - Francophone Mobility Program

Job Description: · Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per The Curious Cafe standards approved by the manager on duty. · Cooking and handling of food, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements, check inventory levels and monitor and order supplies. · Inspect kitchen and food service areas. · Principal set up and break-down of kitchen and cleaning. Clean kitchen and work area. · Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. Requirements Job Requirements: · Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cook · Completion of High School · Pizza forno experience is an asset · Language in the workplace is English

Prepare and cook meals according to cafe standards while managing food portions and inventory levels. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure all food service areas are properly set up and broken down.

Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook and completion of high school. Pizza forno experience is considered an asset for this role.
