Labourer Foreman - TURNAROUND

Canoco Energy Services is seeking experienced Labourer Foremen to join our growing team in Fort Mcmurray for a Turnaround. We are looking for strong, dependable leaders with industrial construction experience who can safely and effectively lead labour crews while maintaining productivity and quality on site. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise labour crews on industrial construction sites Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements Assist with site preparation, material handling, concrete, and general construction activities as required Monitor crew productivity and provide direction and support as needed Conduct and participate in safety meetings, inspections, FLHAs, and hazard assessments Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and PPE Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Communicate effectively with Superintendents, Supervisors, and other trades Ensure all company and site safety policies and procedures are followed Qualifications & Requirements Previous Labourer Foreman or supervisory experience required Strong industrial construction experience required Proven ability to lead and coordinate crews in a fast-paced construction environment Valid CSTS 2020 Valid WHMIS 2015 Valid Fall Protection Valid H2S Alive Valid Confined Space Strong leadership and communication skills Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity Reliable and dependable Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions Physically capable of performing demanding industrial work

The Labourer Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising industrial construction crews to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently. They must coordinate daily activities, monitor productivity, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Candidates must have previous supervisory experience in an industrial construction setting and possess valid safety certifications including CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, and H2S Alive. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
