Account Executive (Production Systems) - Hybrid Are you a motivated B2B sales professional who enjoys building strong, lasting customer relationships and managing complex sales cycles? Do you enjoy helping print shops and corporate CRDs overcome challenges and grow their business with the latest production hardware and software? Are you ready to boost sales performance in both direct sales and dealer network channels? As the Account Executive (Production Systems), you will report to the Manager of Tech Support & Training and focus on driving sales in the commercial print sector within your assigned territory. You will build strong client relationships and sell Canon’s production hardware (imagePRESS/varioPRINT), workflow software, and services through both Direct (DSD) and Dealer (WSD) channels to meet your annual sales targets. Key Responsibilities Looking for new Print for Pay customers in your assigned area by making weekly phone calls and visiting potential clients to identify new opportunities. Building strong relationships with existing customers and finding new ways to add value for them. Analyzing printing costs, return on investment, and workflows to find ways to help customers and discover new sales opportunities for Canon and approved third-party products. Presenting proposals and print samples that show Canon’s strengths and the extra value we offer. Helping Solutions Consultants with product demonstrations and training sessions. Keeping detailed and accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce. To Succeed, You Will Need A minimum of 3 years of Sales experience in Commercial Print Able to analyze client needs, recommend the right Canon solutions, and prepare customer proposals Good at managing time and handling multiple tasks to meet customer deadlines and expectations Skilled in managing processes to follow the customer billing cycle Comfortable using Excel/Sheets and creating presentations in PowerPoint/Slides Able to operate and demonstrate the production product line Why Join? HYBRID WORK This role is an outside face-to-face sales role. You will be in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays each week, unless required to be at a customer's location. Sales is expected to maximize their time at customer locations and the remaining time; you will be able to work from a home workspace. When not in the field and working from home, a reliable internet connection is required. Our compensation policies and practices have been designed to allow colleagues to progress through the salary range over time as they progress in their role. The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. On Target Earnings (OTE) $114,010-$138,710 annually (uncapped commission).
