Channel Marketing (Dealer) Associate Specialist - Hybrid Are you ready to act as the strategic bridge between internal product teams, sales, and external dealer partners? Do you thrive on executing B2B marketing programs and managing digital portal infrastructure? Are you passionate about driving network growth through high-impact communications and operational support? Reporting to the Supervisor, Channel Marketing, the Specialist Associate, Channel Marketing - Dealer drives marketing excellence, high-impact communications, and operational support across our independent dealer network. Serving as a strategic bridge between internal product teams, account executives, and external dealer partners, this role executes tailored B2B marketing programs, maintains digital portal infrastructure, and delivers marketing solutions that support partner growth. Key Responsibilities Campaign Activation: Coordinate the launch, release, and ongoing execution of new and existing marketing programs tailored specifically for the Dealer Channel. Communications Calendar: Develop, execute, and maintain a high-impact Dealer Communications calendar. Asset Creation: Design and implement standardization tools and graphic-designed communications to ensure brand consistency and partner engagement. Product Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Product Marketing Team to create impactful product support tools, organize events, and facilitate dealer training sessions. Account Executive Partnerships: Partner closely with Account Executives to deeply understand unique Dealer challenges, objectives, and market dynamics. Data-Driven Growth: Monitor channel KPIs, delivering tailored marketing solutions and data-driven recommendations to help Dealers achieve business growth. Inbound Support: Manage and maintain the dedicated Dealer Channel Marketing mailbox, collaborating across departments to provide swift, accurate, and supportive responses to Dealer requests. Web Content Management: Develop and maintain non-product B2B pages on the Canon website. Dealer Web Support: Support external Dealer websites with up-to-date, accurate product content in collaboration with the Product Marketing team. Portal Administration: Manage all internal system changes and oversee the ongoing maintenance of the Canon B2B Portal for all Canon Canada Dealers. To Succeed, You Will Have College Diploma in Marketing or Advertising, A minimum of 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within channel or B2B marketing. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage concurrent requests from Sales, Marketing, and dealer partners efficiently. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (formulas), Adobe Creative Suite (collateral creation), and exposure to enterprise databases Proven ability to evaluate channel performance data and deliver actionable recommendations to management Why Join? The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
